Postage Details
We at The Sugar Glider Shop are here to help you. We will endeavour to post your parcel within two days after you have placed your order. This does depends on when you order though as Shropshire Exotics is closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so postage days are Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday mornings.
Please bear in mind that I have to order products from America so don't leave it until the last minute to order. If the product you require is not currently in stock, please be assured more supplies will be on the way.
If a mistake has been made with your order please contact me at your earliest convenience using the 'contact' form.
Postal Changes ... again!
I have unfortunately had to change the way I post things out again, due to the Royal Mail being too unreliable I can no longer risk posting items out by standard first class post. I have decided all parcels must be sent recorded delivery. This is to protect both you and me. Unfortunately, this means I have to increase the cost of postage, it is not what I want to do but as a small business I simply cannot afford to not pass the cost on.
I am aware that some people order a single pack of booster, cal or other, so what I will do is post the item and then refund the difference, allowing for stationary etc. I cannot think of another way to make it both safe AND fair to everyone. When items go missing it is inconvenient to both parties and stressful, and at my time of life I need to avoid as much stress as possible! ;o). Hopefully the extra postage won't make too much difference to most of you.

Returns Policy
You can return your purchase to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund for the item less the postage fee. The item/s may also be subject to a re-listing fee. Seals must be intact and cage pouches must be unused.
To return the item/s, please include your paypal packing slip which is in the box when you receive the order. Please email me to let me know you will be returning the item/s and your reason.
